What is LiquidSky?

LiquidSky was a pioneering cloud gaming service, enabling players to stream their favorite PC games to almost any device, including Android phones. Acquired by Walmart in 2018, it aimed to rival Google Stadia in the cloud gaming market. However, despite its promising start and potential, the project was discontinued in early 2020.

My Contributions

  • Led the enhancement of user experience for a cloud gaming app by deeply analyzing community feedback. This involved generating detailed reports to guide product improvements and procedural changes, ensuring the app evolved in line with user expectations.

  • Developed and shared a wide array of captivating content across social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch. From dynamic videos and striking ads to relevant memes and detailed blog posts, these efforts significantly boosted our digital footprint and engaged a broad audience.

  • Managed a global team of six community moderators, ensuring continuous, effective moderation across Discord and company forums. Our goal was to foster a welcoming and engaging community atmosphere around the clock.

  • Directed our influencer marketing strategies, building strong relationships with notable influencers to enhance brand visibility. I coordinated impactful marketing campaigns for key product launches, collaborating with renowned YouTubers like Ninja, TimTheTatman, and Markiplier, thus greatly extending our campaign's reach and influence.

  • Played a crucial role in a significant product launch, overseeing location scouting and guiding the creative process. My efforts ensured we chose the perfect setting and developed a creative approach that resonated with our brand's vision and launch goals, setting the stage for a highly successful market debut.
