What is Generation Esports?

Generation Esports, initiated in 2012 with the High School Esports League, has been at the forefront of offering competitive video gaming leagues for high schoolers. With its proprietary software, it supports thousands of schools nationwide, facilitating competitions in up to 15 game titles across four seasons annually. Expanding its reach, Generation Esports introduced the Middle School Esports League in 2020 and the Parks and Recreation Esports League in 2021, broadening its impact on youth and community engagement in esports.

  • Spearheaded innovative marketing strategies across social media, display ads, email, and video/streaming platforms, achieving a remarkable 41% increase in revenue per user, a 375% boost in gross revenue, and a staggering 1,500% rise in impressions year-over-year from 2019 to 2020.

  • Founded the marketing division for a premier esports company from the ground up, championing the growth of scholastic gaming communities and promoting the positive impact of esports in education. This involved strategic planning and execution of the annual marketing agenda and budget, aligning with the organization’s vision for community engagement and support.
