My Contributions

  • Spearheaded social media marketing and organic growth efforts for a leading floral and confectionery retailer, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms and driving customer acquisition through strategic campaign management.

  • Orchestrated monthly strategy sessions for social media, serving as a consultant for eight brands within the enterprise, sharing insights and best practices to boost social media performance and brand presence enterprise-wide.

  • Led a dedicated Social Monitoring team of 15–20 members to oversee social media interactions, focusing on customer service excellence during high-volume periods and managing VIP communications, ensuring premium engagement and service.
